Great Commission Excellence is a 501(c)(3) associated with the Southern Baptist Convention. However, we conduct leadership training for Christian Leaders of all evangelical denominations. Our commitment to real-life leadership principles based on scriptural authority and contemporary leadership theory sets our material apart from many surface level curricula. We reject step trainings (Seven Principles for Church Growth, Five Steps to Better Communication, etc.) as an effective means of developing leaders. Every situation is unique and requires specific situational tactics to truly change ones current reality. We provide intimate, laser-focused training, customized for the recipient.
Obviously, this approach necessitates preemptive design. Our trainers will connect with your organizer, develop a specific game plan, and design the learning experience specifically for your people. Being donor based, this is entirely free of charge.
Organizations (or individuals) that have utilized our services are free to support us at a level of their choosing, but that support is completely voluntary. Our donors assure that we can deliver a quality experience at a minimal cost.
